Yes! Normal delivery rates will range from $55 for up to 5 miles from one of our nearest locations, or dependent on location if further.

Yes! Deliveries can be scheduled and will guarantee delivery within a one hour window. If you want an exact time for deliver it will be an additional $200.

Yes, but there will be an additional $20.00 fee for getting the paperwork set up and sent over to you. This is a required fee if you need a COI with us.

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.

Yes, the damage waiver is mandatory for every order.

If you decide to cancel your rental, or weather prohibits installation we do not issue refunds for any reason but will hold your funds as a rain-check which is valid for 1 year to be used anytime you wish to start the day after your original event date. This also includes all Covid-19 and pandemic related cancelations.

Our standard delivery service is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After and before hours, delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us or fill out a form for pricing.

Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for orders over $400 and 100% for orders under $400. The full balance of order is due by the Sunday the week before your delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed on Sunday prior to delivery.

Excellent service and communication. Very easy to order and very quick response to questions. They were even able to accommodate a last minute addition to our original order. Delivery was on time and everything was as I expected. Only one small issue. The outdoor folding chairs I rented were very basic- the least expensive option. While they were fine for teenagers, I would recommend renting a higher quality, sturdier chair for an adult event. I would definitely recommend Lolly’s and plan to use them for our future events.

We rented some chairs for a Senior event at dedicated senior medical center and the outcome was amazing. Very fast and efficient communication. Delivery was early and they were kind enough to deliver right to our activity room, they left the chairs neatly placed. ( Pricing is super affordable as well!) planning to rent from Lollys again!

I rented 4 tables and 10 white folding chairs from Lolly's and it was a smooth and easy process from the order to the delivery to the pick up. The chairs were the slightly higher end, and were in perfect condition. Bright white. The tables were in excellent condition. We covered them with butcher block paper for a sign-making party. Lolly's kept in touch by text. I will use them again!!
